Sourced from old vines in the Monti Iblei and matured patiently in the estate’s cellars, this wine represents Nero d’Avola at its most refined, complex and evolved. After two decades, the bouquet has developed remarkable depth, revealing dried black cherry, fig, leather and tobacco, layered with Mediterranean herbs, cocoa, spice and balsamic notes.
