Description: Fernando de Castilla Oloroso Antique is a rich and complex Sherry from Jerez, produced from Palomino Fino and aged through oxidative maturation. Unlike Fino, Oloroso develops without a protective layer of flor, allowing the wine to gain greater depth, concentration and its distinctive nutty character over time. The wine displays expressive aromas of dried fruits, toasted walnuts and hazelnuts, complemented by notes of orange peel, spice and subtle caramel. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied and beautifully layered, with a rich, silky texture balanced by freshness and a long, complex finish. A sophisticated and intensely flavoured Oloroso, ideal for sipping slowly or pairing with richly flavoured dishes.
