This unique calcareous site gives the wine a pronounced mineral backbone and exceptional structure, with a fresh yet layered profile that rewards some bottle age. In the glass it shows a pale gold colour. The nose offers refined citrus and white fruit aromatics with underlying mineral and flinty notes, while the palate expands with complex layers of gooseberry, grapefruit zest and chalky minerality. The wine’s elegant acidity and textured body lead into a long, nuanced finish that balances freshness and depth.
