Description: inalia Goldmuskateller 2011 is an exquisite passito dessert wine from Cantina Kellerei Bozen, crafted from sun-ripened Goldmuskateller grapes grown on warm, south-facing slopes around Bolzano. After selective hand-harvest, the grapes are carefully air-dried on racks and then slowly fermented in French oak barriques. Due to the extremely high natural sugar content, fermentation stops early (around ~10% ABV), preserving luscious sweetness and aromatics. In the glass it shows a rich golden-amber colour with inviting aromas of ripe apricot, pineapple, peach, sugar melon and candied exotic fruits like mango. The palate is full-bodied and dense, with a creamy texture, perfectly balanced acidity and a long, harmonious finish that highlights its luxurious character—a classic example of South Tyrolean dessert wine craftsmanship.
