Crafted from 21 vineyard blocks and nine varietals—including Chenin Blanc, Sémillon, Clairette Blanche, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Verdelho, Viognier, Marsanne, and Colombard—this wine reflects the diverse terroirs of the region. The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented, with maturation in neutral French oak barrels and concrete eggs. The result is a wine with a pale golden hue, offering aromas of green apple, pear, and subtle hints of peach.
