Description: Kikkawa Afuri Akatsuki is can be enjoyed as a dessert sake to go with a cheese plate or mildly sweet dessert. The ancient Bodaimoto method is employed to produce a sake with bolder acidity and sweetness then aged at cold temperatures in an oak barrel previously used for aging Bordeaux reds. The resulting sake is part sake, part wine with a hint of risidual tannin and juicy tartness.
