Description: Cuvée Tenebris 2022 from Château Favray is a standout Pouilly‑Fumé crafted from the prized Tenebris parcel on limestone‑rich soils, known locally as Tonnerre. This terroir imbues the wine with intense minerality and a crystalline structure. In the glass it shows a bright pale yellow colour, and on the nose reveals lively aromas of fresh citrus, grapefruit, gooseberry and delicate white flowers framed by flinty, mineral undertones. The palate is crisp and focused, combining vibrant acidity with elegant fruit, chalky minerality and a sustained, refreshing finish.
