Description: Domaine des Ronces Pinot Noir 2019 is a beautifully natural expression of Pinot Noir from the limestone and marl slopes of the Jura. Made with biodynamically farmed fruit, this wine reflects both purity of fruit and the unique savoury character of Jura terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently fermented with native yeasts, followed by careful ageing — often in older barrels — to preserve freshness, texture and detail. In the glass it shows a bright ruby colour with fragrant aromas of red berries, wild strawberry, rose petal and a hint of earthy forest floor. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, fine tannins and juicy red-fruit flavours layered with light spice and mineral nuances — delicate yet expressive, with a clean, lingering finish.
