Description: Anthonij Rupert L’Ormarins Sparkling Brut NV is a refined South African MCC that marries crisp fruit energy with creamy texture and elegant complexity. Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown on the decomposed granite soils of the Franschhoek slopes, both varieties are hand‑picked and whole‑bunch pressed before fermenting and ageing extensively on lees — 2–4 years — to build depth and finesse. In the glass it shows a delicate peach‑tinged hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The bouquet offers inviting aromas of candied apple, citrus pith and subtle limestone‑driven minerality, followed by a palate that is fruity yet vibrant, with flavours of white peach and crisp apple balanced by lively acidity and a long, refreshing lemon‑zest finish.
